Message from the Administration

We are pleased to provide an innovative, engaging and culturally responsive education at Lockview School that meets the needs of all of our students  taught by our dedicated and professional staff who care about your child.

Over the next five years, the District School Board of Niagara (Lockview) will be guided by these five DSBN Strategic priorities:

-We value the uniqueness of each individual and believe everyone can excel and achieve excellence at the DSBN.

-We respect and uphold the importance of equity, inclusion, dignity and human rights in all learning and working environments so individuals from all social realities and lived experiences are valued.

-We believe in cultivating learning and working communication where everyone feels safe and connected while increasing mental health awareness knowledge and skills.

-We value and respect the rights of First Nations, Inuit and Metis communities, families and individuals and believe in honouring these voices.

-We value caring and supportive environments that promote lifelong learning for all students, staff and community.

Our school provides extracurricular and leadership opportunities that encourage the development of excellence, integrity and respect. We encourage students to get involved in the school.

We value the community partnerships and parent/guardian involvement which are so crucial to a successful education for our students. We always welcome your input and suggestions.
